In a school ruled by its violent students who regularly fight each other, attack teachers, and damage school property, the staff struggles to keep a principal before they quit, get scared off, or killed. School staff is given the ultimatum that if it's school doesn't pass a state inspection it will be turned into a parking lot and they'll all be out of jobs.
